Refund and Dispute Policy
We aim to ensure a smooth experience for all guests at Villa Qabalah. Here’s our policy on refunds and disputes:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy (see below). If you cancel within the eligible window, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the timing.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Service fees, cleaning fees, or taxes may be non-refundable as per platform policies (e.g., Airbnb, MakeMyTrip). Check your booking confirmation for details, if you have booked on our website, you will get refund if you cancel your booking before 10 days of your stay! If not, no refund.
  • Dispute Resolution: If you have an issue with your stay (e.g., villa condition, amenities), contact us within 24 hours of check-in via email (villaqabalah871@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+66 123 456 789). We’ll work to resolve it promptly.
  • Resolution Process: We’ll investigate disputes within 48 hours and may offer a partial refund, alternative dates, or other solutions at our discretion. If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to the booking platform’s support team.
